Make-up Look // Back To School
Hello lovelies, hope your all having a wonderful week. Today is a make-up look I've created more so for students going back to school but this can be worn by anyone who wants an easy affordable natural beauty look.
Products used:
MUA matte perfect primer £4
Bourjois Healthy mix serum foundation shade 52 £10.99
Collection 2000 lasting perfection concealer shade light £3.99
Rimmel stay matte powder in transparent £3.99
Maybelline master brow pencil shade soft brown £2.99
MUA pro-brow kit £3.50
MUA blush perfection shade dolly £2.00
MUA shimmer kisses bronzer £3.00
MUA mega volume mascara in black £3.00
Maybelline baby lips shade peach kiss £2.99
I chose the matte perfect primer as it controls troublesome oily areas so balances the complexion making a nice base for the foundation and helps the make-up last through the day but this step can always be left out. I then applied my foundation with a damp make-up sponge as i find this technique really quick and easy to blend out foundation and it just leaves a nice flawless finish. As i have horrendous dark under eye circles i then applied my lasting perfection concealer to hide them and blended out with the same make-up sponge. To set this in place and get rid of the shine in my t-zone area i took my stay matte powder and applied this with a fluffy blending brush. I really think a nice groomed pair of eyebrows make a difference so i shaped them with the master brow pencil and then filled them in lightly using the brow kit, i find blending the top two shades together perfect for me and leaves them still looking very natural.
For the finishing touches i took the MUA dolly cream blush and lightly applied it on my check bones and made sure it was nicely blended out using my finger tips. I then applied two coats of the mega volume mascara to make my lashes darker and have more volume but i also find this mascara adds a nice lift to my lashes aswell. Taking the shimmer kisses bronzer i used this to highlight my check bones, eye brow bone, the inner corner of my eyes and on the cupids bow, i find doing these little touches really make a difference and makes the look a lot more polished and looks like you've spent a lot more time and effort in your make-up. To complete this look i then took my baby lips in peach kiss which not only keeps your lips moisturised throughout the day but also has a slight peach sheer colour so it makes it look like your lips just a million times better.

Such a gorgeous look, you look so pretty! I'm loving the Bourjois foundation at the moment, it leaves a nice finish to the skin! (:
ReplyDeleteThank you :). I love how it's not too dewy so i only need to put powder on my T-zone to get rid of any shine x
